Al Kufra
The denizens of Al Kufra are a ragged bunch of misfits. People that wish to live somewhere else but have no way out. Oilfield workers, miners, ex-military personnel and people that have tried to run from something and have ended in Al Kufra, are struggling to make a living in the small town. Everyone lives under the control of the corrupt government and crime is something that people put up with every day. People mind their own business and try to make some money. And not get killed.
Roleplay and immersion
The civilians of Al Kufra are the heart of the game. Instead of focusing on combat they create stories through everyday life, conversations, businesses, deals and ambitions. Every interaction can shape the course of the operation for the PMCs.
They keep the town of Al Kufra running by maintaining infrastructure, trading valuable resources, including but not only - oil and refined products. The civilians can at their will create many different missions for the PMC factions, making the world feel alive and giving purpose to the actions of the contractors.
Characters
Players can choose freely which character to play in the story of Al Kufra. There are shopkeepers, mechanics, merchants, doctors, local officials, oil executives, smugglers and many more. Everyone can create new characters, further enriching the story of the town.

What to expect
Participants can expect an immersive and player-driven gameplay where every choice matters. The civilians have complete freedom in regards to their character and their actions as long as they keep to the spirit of the game. They can freely choose what beliefs their character holds, which faction (or none) they support or are hostile towards.
Civilians can also give missions and tasks to the PMC factions, trade with them, sell and buy items from them for in-game money (in-game money is provided by the organizers). Al Kufra players will also have specific skills and knowledge that could aid the PMCs in completing their tasks.
