This website will be used for the purposes of organizing, participating in, and conducting military simulation games by Blackthorn Commercial Ltd., UIC 208258218.
All abuses and actions with the website that violate these general terms, the law, morals, and good manners are prohibited.
Definitions
For the purposes of these general terms, the organizing company Blackthorn Commercial Ltd., UIC 208258218, will be referred to as the "Organizer".
For the purposes of these general terms, the participants in the games organized by the organizing company will be referred to as the "participant".
For the purposes of these general terms, the games organized by the organizing company will be referred to as the "event".
Services Provided
The Organizer provides the following services: Organization, administration, and management of military simulation games; development, design, production, sale, and rental of specialized equipment, inventory, and gear for military simulation games; organization and conduct of airsoft events; organization and conduct of role-playing games; organization and conduct of team-building events; organization and conduct of entertainment and leisure events; trade in airsoft equipment and gear; provision of consulting services; domestic and foreign trade activities, production activities; commercial mediation and representation; advertising activities, as well as any other activity not prohibited by law
Order
The order of a ticket for participation will be made through the website of the organizing company.
When preparing an individual offer, the parties can conclude the contract through other communication channels, and the agreements reached have force for the parties to them.
Prices
The price of services is determined depending on its nature, volume, and duration, as well as whether it is organized on the initiative of the organizer or at the request of a group of participants.
For each event, the price of the participation ticket is placed in a visible place on the website, and for individual arrangements - in writing in the offer.
The Organizer reserves the right to release tickets for one event at different price levels.
Payment
The payment of the ticket amount will be made by bank transfer or through licensed payment platforms (third parties).
Rights and Obligations of Participants
Participants have the following rights:
- To be admitted to participate in the games and events for which they have purchased a ticket.
- To withdraw from the contract or transfer their ticket to another participant, subject to point 8 of these general terms.
- To be informed of all requirements and conditions of the organized event.
Participants have the following obligations:
- To follow the rules of the event and the instructions of the organizer and its representatives.
- Not to violate the rules of the event. In such a case, the organizer reserves the right to terminate the contract and remove the player without refunding the paid participation fee.
Contract Withdrawal and Substitution
The participant has the right to withdraw from the contract no less than 7 (seven) days before the date of the event. For this purpose, they should declare this by email and indicate a bank account for the refund of the paid amount.
The participant has the right to transfer their ticket to another person at the latest on the day preceding the day of the event. For this purpose, they should declare this by email and provide the details of the person to whom they wish to transfer the ticket.
Withdrawal from the contract or transfer of a ticket is not made after the expiry of the deadline for this, as well as on the day of the event or after that.
In case the participant, after paying for their ticket, does not participate in the event because they did not show up, the paid amount is not refunded.
In case the event does not take place, the organizer owes a refund of the amounts paid by the participants.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources located on the organizer's website (including the available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to the organizer or to the person who has granted the right of use to the organizer, and cannot be used in violation of the current legislation.
For copyright infringements, the organizer will seek its rights under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Criminal Code, and is entitled to monetary compensation from the infringers.
Termination and Cancellation of the Contract
The Organizer has the right, at its discretion, without giving notice, to terminate the contract unilaterally if it finds that the services provided are being used in violation of these general terms, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or morals and good manners.
Except in the cases provided for in these General Terms, the contract between the parties is also terminated upon cessation of the organizer's activity.
Apart from the cases mentioned above, each of the parties may terminate this contract by sending a unilateral declaration to the other party in accordance with point 8 of these general terms.
The written form of the contract is considered to be observed by sending a message to an email address, pressing an electronic button on a page with content that is filled in or selected by the participant, or marking a field (check box) on the website, etc. similar, as long as the statement is recorded technically in a way that allows it to be reproduced.
Saving Clause
The parties declare that, in case any of the clauses of these General Terms proves to be invalid, this will not entail the invalidity of the entire contract or of other parts of it. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory norms of the law or established practice.
Amendment of the General Terms
The Organizer undertakes to notify the participants of any amendment to these general terms within 14 days of the occurrence of this circumstance at the email address specified by the participant, as well as to upload them to its website.
When the participant does not agree with the amendments to the general terms, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without owing compensation or penalty. To exercise this right, the participant should notify the Organizer within two weeks of receiving the message referred to in the previous article, but not later than the date of commencement of the provision of the service.
In case the participant does not exercise their right to withdraw from the contract in the manner set out in these general terms, it is considered that the amendment is accepted by the participant without objections.
Applicable Law
For all matters not settled by these General Terms, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
